nah, probably using a tablet, little pad with a pen and is pretty accurate wen drawing on the computer.
I bought one for a little under 100 dollars from WACOM, its called the Bamboo Pen.
worthwhile investment if you’re considering graphic art

Quite wrong there buddy. There is no brush in Illustrator that functions like we see here.
