Yeah, I’ve done the truck glitch with a full party. If you use two pipebombs and two molotovs, you can get all the people safely to the hidden alley with 80 health (after you use the med-packs once you get there).

you can use pain pills it’s the best way incase your a noob and miss the line and go down you can just use you medkit to heal up i do it every time it works
I Know a different way go to the ledge right behind where you spawn and jump on it be very careful about that part jump and hold it down and run towards the truck on the street then heal NO PAIN PILLS!! be careful because of the death line the line right in front of the front of the truck is a death barrier so if you touch anything behind or even touch it you die pretty much instantly so add me my steam name is ☠.:д.к:. снзяяY!☠ and my Xbox 360 name is Douglass family ok
man you took the hard and painful way! if i had a camera i could show you a glitch at the crane that only lets like 2-3 people get seriously hurt, and they wouldnt have to waste their med-kit just to survive, they can just waste it to get like 80 hp
In Singleplayer i landed on one of those columes down there were the fence is…you come through there in crane level before you climb up the yellow ladder on the dumbster….when i was on it all zombies felt down and were not able to do anything only hunters and smokers were able to harm me
we went down a dff way me and my m8 were there for 70 mins and nothing attcked us at all but then he went idle and got killed and my xbox crashed so only saved at 10mins i was so annoyed XD

-.- you can thow a pipe bomb and jump on the head of the zomibe so you are down on the street and have you heal and your pills

Much easier way: Jump off on to truck… get revived by person who jumps too… now you have 2 people down there both with health pack and pills!!!1
